The Studio

Founded by Louise Robinson, Studio Marron is an independent interior design practice based in the heart of Muswell Hill, North London. The studio focuses on high-end residential and commercial interiors, and typically works on a small number of projects where Louise is personally involved at every stage.

Working closely with appointed professionals and architects enables the studio to take on projects of considerable scale and size. We are equally happy working on decorative projects as we are on full structural refurbishments.

Authenticity is central to our design approach and Louise takes pride in creating schemes which feel genuinely lived-in and personal.

Louise’s love of colour and pattern is reflected in her desire to create warm, relaxed spaces which feel characterful and inviting. She avoids design trends and instead favours the use of honest materials and natural finishes, delivering designs with an emphasis on quality detailing and longevity in mind.

Louise

Louise is a Commercial Property lawyer who previously worked for an international law firm before retraining at the prestigious KLC School of Design. After graduating with Distinction, Louise worked for a number of highly respected designers including Hazel Collins and Jo Berryman Studio before setting up her own practice.

Louise’s legal training informs the way she listens, documents and delivers, ensuring that the studio’s relaxed aesthetic is matched by a meticulous attention to detail.
